This is the first installment of an ongoing Limited Edition series brought to you by Punk Foodie where guest chefs craft limited amounts of a few items special to them and soon to be unforgettable for you.

Parnass Savang, Executive Chef/Co-Owner of Michelin Guide recommended Thai restaurant Talat Market and Corban Irby, Chef/Owner of Japanese street food restaurant OK Yaki will take the stage at Punk Foodie at Ponce on December 4th from 5-9PM.

Parnass and Corban’s restaurants both began as pop-ups and by coming to Punk Foodie, they are returning to their ‘punk’ roots.

Each chef plans to keep it simple and bring only one savory dish that they are passionate about that's sure to have you craving more. Corban will be making Mentaiko Pasta, a classic wafu dish that is spaghetti coated with brined spicy cod roe with Japanese seasonings and butter. Parnass will be serving Khao Kha Mu or five spiced pork over rice which is a dish that is rarely found outside of Thailand. Last but not least, for dessert you can finish off the meal with Taiyaki, a fish shaped cake with sweet filling.
